(The title is really "My Neighbor Totoro," but we have a VHS from the originally US release.) She had to watch it every day. So for Easter that year I made her a little friend, Chibi-Totoro,

Harry Potter Land! 2009! What to wear?

Cynthia on Harry Potter Crafts posed a very interesting question: So what does one wear to a Harry Potter Theme Park, in Florida? Robes? Scarves? Wool skirts and oxford shirts? You'll collapse in minutes. K's entire HP wardrobe will induce heat stroke in October here in Alabama. In Florida, death within minutes. I believe I have some thinking and sewing in my future.

Though, this may be my opportunity to convince K to dress as a house elf. I've seen a few girls dressed in a pillowcase with big ears and they are so cute. Though considering this was once K's favorite shirt, my chances are slim:
